Engr Nnamdi Agbim (B.Eng.)

M.D/C.E.O

Engr. Nnamdi Agbim is the founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Interkel Group, one of the stronger, diversified indigenous construction and telecom infrastructure companies in Nigeria. Engr. Agbim has taken the company from its humble beginnings over 3 decades ago to its present position as one of the most diversified indigenous construction and engineering companies in Nigeria.

Since the deregulation of the Nigerian telecom industry, Engr. Agbim has led the transformation of Interkel from a civil engineering implementation company to a leading telecom infrastructure company in Nigeria and other African countries. In the process, Interkel has successfully executed a number of noteworthy telecom infrastructure projects. Nnamdi is a Fellow of a number of professional bodies including, the Nigerian Society of Engineers, the Nigerian Institute of Structural Engineers, and the Nigerian Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators.

He sits on the board of several companies and is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, a change agent, and a strong believer in family values. Nnamdi is also a founding Director of the Nigerian–Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of Business Angels of Norway. An alumnus of Lagos Business School, Nnamdi also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nigeria.

Ik Mbagwu

Non Executive Director 

Ik Mbagwu, holds a combined honours degree (second class upper) in Economics & Geography as well as a Masters degree in Development Economics from Reading University, Berkshire. He has also attended executive management programmes at several ivy league institutions including the Harvard Business School , Oxford University and Northwestern University(Kellogg school of Management) and the Lagos Business School (Pan African University).

He is fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (FCA) an Associate of the chartered institute of Taxation and Honorary senior member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria (HCIB).

He is a certified (IFC/FITC) Board leadership and Corporate Governance trainer. He started his career as a Tax Senior in Arthur Andersen & Co before retiring from Fidelity Bank as an executive director, following the attainment of the policy prescribed age of retirement in December 2015.

Ik is currently Managing Director/Chief Executive of Cumbrian Consult Limited, a privately owned Management Consulting firm based in Lagos and sites on the board of several blue chip companies

Francis Atoju

Non Executive Director

Francis Atoju is an Executive Management Advisor with specialty in corporate start-ups and operational excellence; Business Development; Change management, scenario planning, financial and capacity modelling. He is the founder and substantial shareholder of Vantage Management Consultancy Service Limited [“VANTAGE”].

Francis has 22 years banking experience. He was with Citibank Nigeria for 16 years during which time, he rose to head various key functions within the bank. He was a Global Resource person for the World Corporate Bank of Citibank NA. He left Citibank at the level of Executive Director Corporate Banking when he was head hunted to be the Managing Director of Triumph Bank Nigeria. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Biochemistry from the University of Ife and a master of business administration from the University of Benin, Nigeria.
